my son saw this today on the highway and it is RHD and had poa or pca on the grill almost like a mini badge with the wings.

It's a Nissan Pao

One of many Japanese cars making their way over to Canada, actually this is one design I like, I've seen at least one of these here in Calgary and it sort of reminds me of a Renault R4, or maybe not...

I don't know about Ontario, but there are lots of old Japanese cars all over western Canada... They are popular here because our market allows vehicles newer than 15-years-old, but in Japan it is difficult to insure those older vehicles... And I've been told that the Japanese vehicles are usually in excellent condition (because they take good care of their cars) and low mileage (because of how small Japan is), so they are quite attractive as a used car purchase...
