oil pressure?

I just installed a road draft tube, rebuilt the exhaust and changed the oil pan gasket. my oil pressure seems to be quite a bit higher now,any ideas why? it was around 50ish cold now its around 80ish cold. when it warms up it does drop now, as it did prior.

I cant see that you've done anything that would increase oil pressure. Different oil? Colder ambient temperature? I think 80ish is about where the relief should open. Tom
