TR2/3/3A Oil Pan bolt torque spec?

This was discussed before but I couldn't find it in the advanced search.Anyone know what the proper torque is? I don't want to over tighten and you know why.:eagerness:
 
Somewhere between Kinda tight and pretty tight

Workshop manual gives 16-18 ftlb (which really means 17 ftlb +/- 1 ftlb)
