Almost 100 years! Next year will no doubt be a big day. My Father's great uncle was lost on July 3rd 1916 on the Somme. I have always felt it was scant reward for the survivors of Galipoli to be sent to the Western front in time for the Somme offensive. Indeed, lest we forget!
