Woke up and turned on the tube. On PBS by chance. There's a production of "South Pacific" running. I grew up with that sound track playing, the songs send me back to long gone times.

doc, south pacific was the first play ive ever seen, it was performed at the now historic jones beach amphitheater on long island new york, think it was 1959?, so i was 9 years old, i was to say the least mesmerized, it was poppy and laylas..my "grand parents" attempt at bringing "kulltcha" into our lives. we had the soundtrack playing on the "grundig" stereo for month. :yesnod:
