not too long ago I posted a message concerning the fact that my overdrive had become slow to engage. it was suggested that I check the trans oil level because low oil volume will not generate the required amount of pressure for the overdrive to engage. I just want to report that the trans oil was about 2/3 quart low and after topping up all appears well again (I am touching wood as I write this). I flick the switch and the OD does its beautiful thing. thanks for the good advice!
