Good Day Tom. Hope all is okay with you and your family. I see the results in Springfield and the tornado(s) seemed to pass right thru Worcester County and included Brimfield, Southbridge and Sturbridge. I believe you are in the area. Check with us.

Still kicking (sorta ...). Thanks for asking. All the damage actually occured about 10 miles north of us Connecticut folks. Nary a drop of rain or puff of wind here yesterday (darn - we need the moisture).

Westfield, Springfield, Brimfield, Southbridge and Sturbridge felt the brunt. Fortunately Old Sturbridge Village (www.osv.org) where I volunteer came through unscathed, although cars were blown off I-84 which runs parallel to the Village's southern boundary. Lots of volunteers pouring in from around southern New England; EMT, fire and electrical crews from CT, NH, VT, and NY states coming to assistance.

Some scenes right after the storms passed through:

Tom

Wow Tom,
Glad to hear that you and OSV made it through safely. Our son had spent a week at Springfield for athletic trainer camp when he was considering that as a career during his high school years. I sure hope these dangerous weather events soon take a break...

I hope you are doing well personally too. Peg and I think of you a lot right now, and are praying for you too.

Massachusetts isn't the first place that com to mind when thinking about tornados. Holy moley, glad your ok.
