Yes that is B&P Amoco I have done a number of commercials for them that were shown only in Europe. They like the Healey

Of course it is, fender flares, crooked radio antenna (on a "real" Healey ?) and all. If it was an Elvis impersonator with one sideburn longer than the other, wouldn't people still have fond memories of the "real" Elvis ?
