Well thanks to your guys I can turn my sites to the wipers since the testing that you suggested allowed me to fix my blinkers for $2.99 (all it needed was a new flasher unit).
I pulled the junction box going into the wiper motor and the plugs were corroded but after cleaning them up still no wiper action.
First step will be to check power on the solid green wiring going from the switch, right?
