/bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blush.gif One hates to admit that they are still learning their Jag. I have a 96 XJS 2+2 Convertible and I thought that the "S" was just a pulling gear. Well.... I found out differently. I was (I'm blushing) in a line of traffic, 3 lanes abreast, and encountered a Corvette who when the light turned green left me somewhat aback of him. The next light, he was again aside of me and I thought, well, let's try that "S" gear and I'll just put the pedal to the metal. I did and..................
You guessed it. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbsup.gif The Corvette didn't know what hit him and quite frankly the quick reaction took me aback. Of course we both came to the next light again and I simply smiled, waved and let him gun it when the light turned green and I just acted the lady.
Sure did make me feel good.
I knew Onslow was a great car but I am still learning all that he has to offer. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/banana.gif /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/banana.gif And having a great time in the process. How cool is that?
