I mean when I go out to the garage to work on Miss Agathas stuff and there is nothing, and I mean nothing to do. Now I am boored, gesh. What a pickle.

By my trusty calander it has taken five months to get to this point. Seems like forever but I guess five months is not really so long.

Guess I could put another coat or so of paint on everything, naaa, I'd screw something up for sure.

It is too hot mostly to clean the garage, or that's what I tell the wife.

So now what, think I'll see what is on eBay, that might be intresting.

I keep telling you to fly out here to Utah, and you can do some work on Tunebug. I've got carbs to rebuild, suspension to work on, plenty to keep you busy! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I've got the same problem, "finished" my 76 restore in March and am now waiting for various car shows to show it off.... nothing much to do, except onjoying driving it.

Because of that I have started on a quest to find a 1949 - 52 Ford Prefect Why??? because it was the first car I ever owned.. Great LBC for its time... my wife is about to pull out my hair, but she is still showing restraint.

Maintenance on the Midget is no where near as much fun as restoring it. You can only wash a car so many times...

Wife and I were talking about status of Miss Agatha etc at dinner tonite and she said " ok this seems to have become a big part of your life, so what are you going to do next?" The first thing that came out was "A Bugeye street racer" she never blinked an eye, Heheh. No wonder I love her.

A wife like that is a keeper Jack. Mine helps in the garage and is pleased even with the smallest achievement made with the Midget. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
A street racer would be fun too!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/savewave.gif
