Bill - here's one of the things I'll never forget:
 
First grade and I don't recall the announcement. But like George I remember the procession on TV moving the body to the capital to lie in state. The rest, I'm not sure if I actually recall from the time or what may be from later rememberances
 
Seventh grade, changing classes, walking down the hallway. One monent that has stayed with me for all these years...
