If my wife tells me I have too much camera gear, I just show her this and say "not yet."

Two bodies, a bag with three optics and a number of cards for "records" would be my choice.
 
Tell her, not only do you need the gear, you need some help schlepping it! (Like the “husband of the year” photographs floating on the internet...)
 
It's called GAS - gear acquisition syndrome. Not limited to camera nerds and musicians (Just GOT to have that Martin guitar), GAS can strike at any time. Look at Jay Leno. I currently have 5 cameras (two old film) and 5 ukuleles. All different of course.

Yes, I'm all too familiar with the GAS acronym. I currently have enough lenses. Until I don't.
