for winter. Now, this is an <span style="font-weight: bold">ALASKA </span>sized snow blower. This one saw service on the railroad as recently as 1964 near Skagway.

Just a little tidbit from our recent cruise/tour of Alaska.

Frank, THAT is AWESOME! Steam powered equipment is awfully cool.
 
Yes I agree. Steam powered equipment is neat. They still run some steam locomotives in Alaska but only for tourists.

As a person who used to do mechanic work on EMD motors making generators out of them. I find this rather amazing
