Hello all. My name is Darrell and I hope to find these forums very useful. I live in Everett, WA just 30 miles north of Seattle
Two weeks ago I purchased my first MGB. It is a 1967 British Racing Green in color. I have ordered a new top and purchase a new set of tires. Since it has been raining and snowing here in the northwest I have not driven it much because the wipers quit. I discovered the wiper motor brushes were completedly shot and the arms holding them were broken in two. Luckily I found a new Lucas set on Ebay for a very reasonable cost. They should be here in a few days. This car is my new hobby and I will be enjoying working on it and driving it.

Welcome, Darrell! '67 is thought to be the "best" year for the B - you are indeed fortunate to have found it.

Be sure to post on the B Forum - lots of info and camaraderie there.

Great car - you're gonna love it!

Welcome Darrell. I'll pipe up and say: "Yes! The '67 is the last of the B's as they were designed to be." I've had two '67's in the past, a roasdter and a GT. Both great cars. Enjoy!
