Just rebuilt bn7 3000 . Not getting spark . I get 12 volts at - side of coil. o volts at + side of coil when the wire is hooked to the distributer lead. When I unhook the wire it then has 12 volts. I suspect lead that goes up to the points is grounding out . The wire that goes back to the disconect to purposely ground out the points is not connected or making contact any were so it isn't the problem. Also any sugestions on coil wire relacement techneics. Mine you have to pull the carbon tip out of the cap to access the screw and I can't seem to get it back in place correctly. Any and all help appreciated Thanks.......
