So, some of you know my daugter is restoring a Honda CT90. In the midst of doing a large scale search for parts on Kijiji the other night I stumbled upon a dismantled Ducati Mountaineer. Fortunately when I contacted the seller, it was sold ( phew) that said it seemed a low buck way to own a very cool little bike - actually very similar in purpose to the CT. It also had the potential (I think) to become a neat little cafe racer. I was previously unaware of small bore Ducatis. So, my question. Anyone had experience with these types of bikes? Past or present? Are there hidden gems out there? What do you know? ( PS obviously I am typing in whisper mode as SWMBO would kill me :smile:. And, PS I don't only mean Ducatis
