Needless to say, I'd want to look at it very carefully before committing myself to anything near the "buy it now" price, but it does look to be a mostly original and "honest" car...in one of my favorite combinations (black w/red interior)!
There's also a nice looking red w/black interior Herald on eBay at the moment, and it looks equally worthy!
