Here’s my 2007 race schedule. You are welcome to stop by and say hello if you’re near any of these. PM me or reply here if you need any more details.

I’ll be at all these EMRA events, plus various VRG events. Should have two cars in ’07—--the green #11 Spridget for now and #909 Twin-Cam Ford Escort when it’s all done and ready to race (around late May).

Hope to reserve #11 for mostly vintage and use the Escort for regular club-racing.

2007 EMRA Schedule https://www.emraracing.org

April 21/22 Shenandoah (Summit Point)
May 5/6 Pocono south
June 9/10 BeaveRun
June 28 (Thur) Pocono north
July 21 (PDA) Pocono long
Aug 14 (Tues) Pocono East
Sept 8/9 Pocono North
Oct 21 (Sun only) WGI (VRG will be there Fri & Sat)
Oct 26/27 Lime Rock
Nov 17/18 Summit Point

2007 VRG Schedule https://www.vrgonline.org/schedule.htm

I’ll be at the VRG Pittsburgh Vintage at BeaveRun (July 6-8) .
Also, their Watkins Glen event on Oct 19-20.
Maybe also Shenandoah (Summit Point, WV) on Aug 19-20 plus some others if I can get away.

dang nial, summit is the only likely one & I have family in from NC that weekend.
what is the town closest to pir?? we'll be at pocono manor for the brit marque triathlon the preceeding weekend, and may stay in the area for a couple extra days.

BTW, Charles Magby wants to sell his SP250 racer (#80), asking 30k, let me know if you want contact info. I saw him at T'Bowl & it seems to be well sorted & properly tweaked.

Reminder-First '07 race for me [NorthEast USA]

Reminder.

Lin, me and the kids will be at Summit Point (Shenandoah Circuit) for the first race of the '07 season next weekend.
Stop by if your in the area.

#11 *should* be all ready to go [/crossing fingers]

Dale: If your pal wants to find a buyer for his Dart, he can put it here, in the BCF classified section. Also, he may wish to post a note on the VRG listserve ( https://www.vrgonline.org/forum.html }

FYI: Pocono Raceway is located in Long Pond, PA near the town of Blakeslee, PA.

Re: Reminder-First '07 race for me [NorthEast USA]

Thanks Nial, I'll post something & list his name & phone #. Long Pond is about 8 miles away from where the Triathlon Hotel is located. For all I know, they may utilize some of the track facilities. There are 100 cars accepted (they are at 82 registrations now) so they may need that sized venue to make it work. We haven't made our extra day plans yet. Have a good, fast time at SP!!!

Re: Reminder-First '07 race for me [NorthEast USA]

Hi There aeronca;

Hey; I just may come up and check out the Festivities @ Pocono since I only live about 3mi. South of there: Which One; I`m not sure cause there are quite a few Shows going on all over the Place:

The Raceway is about 2-3mi. South of RT.80; Directly off of RT.115 South: See Ya All at one of the Poconos Events:

Regards, Russ
