About a month ago I got an invoice from the NTTA. I thought at first it was spam. No. Called and advised I hadn't ever been in TX with Agatha. Explained that the plate was actually incorrect as my first number is followed by the Zia symbol and then is followed by the remaining numbers. Went on to tell her my vehicle was a '56 Austin Healey and not a GMC truck or SUV. Photo only showed the rear of the car. She asked what an AH was and I explained Agatha to her. This satisfied her and she assured me that the invoice was removed and the information was on file. Got a call today on my cell. Yup, another ticket. This one 3 times the amount of the other one. Another call and another explanation and another we will remove. Not sure I feel confident. Only positive is now two ladies in the NTTA know what an Austin Healey is.

Buy a vanity plate that reads "NOTANSUV"

When I first read that I saw NO TAN SUV! LoL The other day we were behind a truck for Two Men and A Truck. My son asked "Dad, what's T WOMEN.COM?" TWOMEN.COM The tricks the mind plays on us!

Reminds me of an episode of Frasier (now on Netflix) in which Martin (The father) buys a vanity plate for his motor home. The rest of the family can't figure out what it's supposed to say "Erd Were Err?" "Red Wearer", etc. The plate was RDWRER (Road Warrior was what Martin intended).

Knew a guy (retired Army) with a 65 Mustang....DZGNBY. I asked him what "Dizzy Gunby" was.....days gone by.

On citations...got one once from some podunk town in Pennsylvania for parking.
I had a cop friend run the plate number just to see what the frack they were talking about. He asked me if I had a Honda CL175 motorcycle...yeah, in the shed, hasn't run in years...geared for off road....they had a tag number and looked like they misread the VA for WA.
I wrote them back...told them the last time I was through PA was...1972 or 3 on I-95 and I didn't stop or park..and if they can't read VA on a plate, and figure out a motorcycle from a motor vehicle, they should probably go back to school.
Never heard another word...but the NSA probably has me on some list....

Got another ticket/invoice, different event, same SUV. I'm ignoring it. Guess I'll have a bench warrant for my arrest.
