Hi, guys--- I'm from Orange County, CA. I've always been a fan of British cars. The first British car I've even ridden in was my sister's Austin Healy. Now that I'm older, I managed to muster up the money to own a car I've always wanted-- a Lotus. I would have been happy with any Lotus but I chose one which I believe will be the greatest Lotus ever-- the Lotus Evora. I've had it now for a little over a month and it has been a great month, to say the least ))

The Evora has an amazing ride and plenty of pep, despite what it says on paper. Steering response is unmatched. The first year model is not without it's quirks, which you probably have heard about-- if not you will soon . There's always room for improvements in this industry, so I expect the Evora will
continue to be perfected as Britains best driver's car.

I plan to look forward to discussions around this and other remarkable machines coming out of our friends the good ole UK

Scott, welcome to BCF. Sounds like a terrific car and hope you can post some pictures! I've sent you a PM.

WOOHOO!!! Welcome to the Forum!

Quite a package, that. Most of the Lotus cars ever produced with a "back seat" have traditionally been panned by the motoring press. Makes 'em sleepers, IMO.

Welcome Scott.
A car with quirks.......... you picked the right place to be.
Have fun here
