No left tail light

All the lights work except the left rear turn light on my 72. Checked the bulb, socket and the fuses. Parking lights, brake lights, head lights and flashers all work with the exception of the left turn light. Right turn signal works but the left one stays on solid. Any one have a colored wiring diagram?

Make sure your taillight is grounded, Put a test light on the pigtail to make sure the left turn signal is or isn't getting power.

Sounds like-
1/ your left front light is bad
2/ you have an original Lucas flasher unit

The original units were very intolerant of incorrect current conditions and if one of the bulbs is out the other one will stay on steady.

Check your front bulb and get an O'reilley's flasher unit (cheapest one that they have will do)
