No LBC - can't find a special bolt - help?

Well that deserves another "WOW" - only this time it's the good kind!

The other guy at the local Fastenal store called back and said he had placed the order again but then we had the snow storm.
It should be here "soon".
 
If it was me, I'd go to the hardware store and buy some solid rod of the correct diameter. Then, I'd clamp it up in my benchvise, and use my die set, and make the proper length stud, threaded both ends, double-nut the fixed end, and install it.
