I've got side marker lights, tail lights, a fan, windshield wipers, but no headlights. I seem to have checked everything I can think of--wire connections, loose connections, my wiring diagram. Can anyone suggest what else I need to check.

I had the same problem with my TR6. It turned out to be one of the lucar bullet connectors that connect the headlights.
It was corroded and not making contact. Just cleaned the male and female connections and it’s been working ever since.

Also check the ground as (as I recall) each headlamp has a dedicated ground.

Are you missing both high and low beams? If so that is a clue as to where the problem is (most likely either the grounds or before the dipper switch).

Yes I fixed it. Geo was right. My ground wires near the horn relay were disconnected. It’s always something simple, isn’t it. Love these cars.
