I took off the front bumper to see how it looks. I think I like it.

I'm going without..I like being able to see the curves of the fenders where they meet the facia..
To each their own..but I like the bumper-less look.

Wow, I kinda like without.

I like Spridgets without bumpers (front or rear). Just looks cleaner somehow. A good looking car either way, but I'd keep the bumpers off were it me.

Funny that I like Bugeye's with the bumpers, but the square cars without. Guess I'm just odd that way.

I'll most likely put it back on when I find a straight one with good chrome. The one I have was slightly bent many years ago and I just got tired of it.

I agree with Peter. Looks cleaner and not as heavey with it off.

I like mine much better without the bumper. I mounted driving lights on the bumper studs.

I vote no bumpers front and rear as that is how I did mine. the curves of the car just look like they were made to go without.

I think the fat bumpers are cool. I vote to keep 'em.

However, I think the skinny bumpers are lame (I have them on my car and they will be removed when the car needs a respray).

Definitely saves on the weight factor. I've never owned a car where "less is more" really matters like this one.

That's why I've lost 15 pounds and I'm working on more.

I have always liked the bumperless look, it is "racier"! For an everyday street car I might consider some Bugeye rear bumperettes just for the protection! I went bumperless in 1971!

I've been planning to remove mine and fill in the holes. To me, the only reason to have a bumper is to mount a front plate. Since I don't have to run a front plate.............

No front bumper on Miss Agatha. I am convenced it was not part of the design.
