When I first saw it,I thought it was a clone,then
I noticed that it was RHD.It was in traffic,so I didn't
get to see what license plates it had.

Quite possibly a Canadian car down there for a visit, lots of Skyline's (imported from Japan) up here...
 
There was an outfit in Oregon importing Skylines from directly from Japan. Huge hit with the Tuner crowds. Especially the R34's.
