Ok Now I have your attention ;):rolleye::cool:
Does anyone have any tips tricks for removing a sheared off a bleed nipple on a front brake caliper . Its sheared off flush . Tried the heat and easy out ...no luck ...now its soaking in deep creep while I re evaluate .
Also if it comes to drill and tap what thread is the nipple . BT7 caliper .

Left-handed drill (and with the electric drill in reverse, obviously). Use a drill bit about 75% of the diameter of the nipple.

Keep working very slowly....eventually, if you are careful, it will "unwind" from the caliper. Works almost every time when I have a similar problem.
 
You need more heat!! A lot more heat!!!

You can use Heat, but what has worked for me is Dry Ice. I think the last time I had to get some was from a grocery store. Buy the minimum and wear thick gloves and use tongs too.
 
You could try a trick that I used on my exhaust manifold studs that were rusted in solid, run a small drill bit into the nipple and increase the size but do not go too big, then with a thin sharp pointed tool cave the sides in and if you have pointed pliers try and grab the nipple and unscrew it. Granted that my stud was a bit bigger than the bleed nipple but it might just work.

Well I succeeded in removal . Tried soaking in Deep Creep for a few days to no avail . More heat ...no luck . So out came the drill bits . I started small and kept working my way up a 64th at a time until I could just see the threads through what remained of the nipple . Cleaned it out with a 3/8X24 plug tap and bingo shes done . Once I rebuild it I will pressure test it with nitrogen and a small amount of brake fluid to see if leaks . New pistons and seals with a block of wood in the gap and pump it up with pressure .
