I took the camera out tonight along with the tripod for some long exposure shots. I learned that thirty seconds is long enough for the stars' movement to create a little blur. I was a little surprised by that but only a little bit. Next time I will have to cut that down to twenty or fifteen seconds and see how the shots come out. I got sixteen photos and these were the best.

I can see how. It's nice and quiet, and you don't have to deal with anyone.

Comet Nishimura is coming up.
I don't have any photo gear but I might put my telescope together.
Hard to believe I lived this long without seeing a comet.

I will have to try to catch that.
