nice winter project

Looks like a great deal, but I've already got too many Stags.

I wonder, though, how it acquired 1969 paperwork. They made a very few Stags in late 1970, but AFAIK the first ones sold in the US were identified as 1971 models.
 
It looks OK, but where in the heck did the steering column and carbs go??

I have a TR8 that is now in storage and a TR6 that I haven't touched in five months, so this one will be passed over for me.
