Since I had changed my password for my with my internet and email provider I could no longer send emails. The logical thing to do was contact my providers tech support.

The rep that I spoke to too was less than helpful. Our conversation ended with her telling me I should call Apple.

The next day my wife received a survey ( she's the contact ) from the company. I filled it out and let them know I wasn't satisfied with their response.

In about two hours I got a call from them. The gentleman that called, at first could not help. However he was not giving up until my problem was fixed. After a few minutes between the two of us the problem got resolved.

Never had that happen before.

Congrats on getting them to carry out the job.

What did you finally need to do to fix the problem?

I am on an Ipad and IPhone. In the settings menu the password for the incoming email popped right up. Seemed logical that that was the password for my email. However the password for the outgoing email was well hidden. Once we hit on it I simply changed it to my new one and everything is ok now.
