The plates are all blanked out but I bet they say "NJ" (this is why I always park in the "boonies" at the Mall...the walk is good for me and it saves the car).

I can't even imagine how one would accomplish that, other than driving at very high speed toward the gap betwixt two correctly parked cars. Which, of course, makes parking far away a bad idea-more room to get up to speed!
