next question - bearing removal

So, one side of the front suspension is completely dismantled and cleaned - staggering amount of crud!

two questions

1. I blew out the inner bearing race (and bearings) trying to get them out. How do I get the outer ring out? (front and back) BTW when I do the next one, is there a way to do it wothout wrecking the bearings?

2. While I am removing things, do I just cut out (or burn out) the bushings on the wishbone/springpan?

TIA

If you really got it clean you will notice some small channels inside the hub leading up to the inter race. Use a drift pin and tap away side to side.

If it is the outer race it should be doable straight away, no channels

if the bearing is shot you could use a little heat, but the bearing should come off with a little side to side prying.
