That is neat and timely! I should look into one and keep it boxed up securely by the house in case next Hurricane Season is a bad one, kinda like a life-boat for the house, hehe!

How many cars do you think would fit in one of them? /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

That would depend on the square footage...Biggest one would still be tough with your fleet!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/whistle.gif

Oh I think you build the small home with a place to sleep, and place to relax, and a place to .."you know" then build one of those metal buildingS out back on a concrete slabe that is about 3000 square feet with a lift. I mean, why invest high dollar in a house if the garage is where you are planning to be. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif T

Agree the second one with the two bed rooms would be just fine as a get away place.

Did not see any priceing though.

They give an estimated price per foot in the FAQ's

Oh, missed that. I'll help with the construction.

Looks like 55K plus lot and utilities to me.

Thats for the 612 one Tony, Kay and I want a room.

I'm figuring less than that for materials.

Oh of course, I think that is worse case with a contractor and such. Doing your own contractoring and a lot of the work as well it would be a lot cheeper and maybe not even any slower.

Contractor? I don't need no contractor! I built my house & GarageMahal myself remember? All I need is land!

And a bob cat and a mixer and and and, yep I know been there done that.

Said I'd help.

& take you up on that offer, I will - just as soon as I find the land

Think Jerri & I are gonna head that way on a "lok-see" trip when I get home.
