New TRF Starter Install

I just received a new gear reduction starter (TR6) from TRF and will install it tonight (hopefully)

Any tips or heads up (wiring, gear line-up etc.).
 
I installed one on my tr4 not sure if it is the same on a 6.
I decided to use the original starter relay so I put a jumper wire between the bolt lug and the spade terminal on the starter. You can also follow the instructions with the starter and use the solenoid on the starter.
 
Some of these starters have multiple mounting holes for the nose. This allows the starter body to be rotated for best fit/clearance. I prefer using the new relay on the starter. Bypass the original relay by putting both heavy wires on one terminal. Extend the small wire to reach the new solenoid. This makes one less place for something to fail. (the original relay)
