Greetings from the Great White North!
A fairly recent addition to the Triumph family, after many years of yearning...
Picked up a '76 TR6 with 73K on it, with intentions of making it a reliable driver for now, and deciding how deep I go into the restoration project after playing with it for the summer.
So far have completed a complete "frame-down" re-build, including brakes, steering and suspension, as well as clutch master/slave system, emmissions system "clean-up", etc.
I started with a much shorter list, but that didn't last for long, and no complaints so far... having a ball!

Welcome Uncle Sol;

Where are you in Ontario, (it's a big place)?
There are plenty of educated people from Ontario on this site.
Introduce yourself to the Triumph forum and ask questions as they have answers.

OH, and Pictures, we love pictures.

I'm in southwestern Ontario (LongPoint area)

Dave :savewave:

Pay NO attention to him, Unk.... he's practically 'merican! A small inland lake is th' only separation. :smirk:

But honestly, WELCOME!!!

...and Dave may forgive me...

Eventually.

Thanks Guys!
I am actually in Burlington (must also be practically "merican with our little lake over here too), and looking forward to the wisdom here at BCF!

Hey Unk!

Don't mind the Doc, he used ta live in Penn. and listened to all those Long Point parties wishin' he was Canadian. Jealous you know.
Glad to have you here and if you get to Tillsonburg stop for a pint or two.
Let the Triumph guys know who you are.

almost 'merican Dave

I've hit a few of those parties over in Pt. Dover, so he's probably right to be jealous

I was east of th' land of Cleves, Ashtabula County. On th' Lake.
London teevee station with rabbit ears.

Penn's woods was only where I went to school. :jester:
