TR6 New TR-6 Top has Arrived!

Just got my TR-6 original, still in the British parts supplier wooden crate, black convertible top. I am very impressed, the thing still looks like new after a whole bunch of years packed up in that crate. I've attached a picture. Now for the warm weather so I can put it on!!!

I bid on one of these yesterday. It went for over $900.00! My concern would have to be that the plastic window and top might have dried up and would be more prone to cracking.

I went over mine and compared it to a fairly new top I have, and all the materials seem to be in great shape, including the windows and seams. I guess I'll know for sure when I put it on the car and stretch it!!! Waiting for a warm day to do that, probablly July in Upstate NY!! If you're interested, you can call the number listed under the Ebay ad and talk to John. You'll be suprised at what he'll sell you one for (800 plus shipping for mine).
