I got one of these, interesting little beast, feels faster than expected but still not as fast as it looks. Overall was expecting a little more smooth little GT, but the feel is more rough and ready sports car, but that is kind of how the previous owner set it up.

Have always wanted one, and this fits right in with my goal of experiencing "different" sports cars, both to drive and work on.

very cool! pretty sure you will never have someone say as you pull into a cruise night, "Oh look another Sonnet."

Thanks guys, after months of looking and not finding much I looked at two Sonetts on the same weekend. The first makes the one I got look relatively common, a Sonett II, little too much of a project for me, but an interesting car. v4, four on the tree, other weird Saab quirks, funky body.

I passed on that one, though it needed everything it had solid bones and all the parts, just more than I want to take on right now
