Hello. New to your online community. I'm 32, live in Indiana and currently own 3 Triumphs. 1960 TR3, 1972 Gt6, & 1965 Spitfire ( owned and partially restored a 1969 Spitfire 6 years ago then sold it).

The TR3 is the newest that I picked last week just 20 minutes from my house!

The GT6 was bought back in December from a junk yard that had found it buried beneath other cars heading for the crusher (lot was being emptied to make room for Super Bowl parking) it had been disassembled and all parts boxed inside the hatch. Not what I was wanting (preferred mk2 and earlier) but the price was right.
The Spitfire was a parts car I bought for my previous Spitfire rebuild. Once I sold it I kept a hold of it because the tub wasn't in bad shape.

Thinking the Spitfire and Gt6 will be sold off to better focus on the Tr3.

Over winter I finished up my shop construction and have a space to finally work on something again.

Oh and before you ask my user name is pronounced "sevens"

Hola, Psevins. Welcome to the asylum!

I think you're on the right track, a TR3 is much more fun than those funny cars with roll-up windows and such!

I used to live not far from you, still have family in the area.

:savewave: Hi, and welcome to the Forum!

Thanks, I'll get some pics going soon of my collection.

I'm originally from the Indiana/Illinois border lands (Cayuga) which is where my spare Spitfire lives  Haven't moved it over this way yet.

Out of curiosity on the TR3 I bought I think I got a great deal from other online comparisons. I paid 550 for a complete car with bad paint and in need of a floor pan and new rockers. Interior bits were all dry rotted but everything is there so I have good references on it.
