I had to buy a new tire for the Ranger pickup we use around the place. The prices were all over the place and I wanted cheap for a vehicle that never goes on the road anymore. Walmart had the best price at 60 bucks for the size I needed. 185/65R14. I didn't care what brand it was. Looking at the tire last night I was surprised to find, it was made in the U.S.A. ! Brand name, Douglas. Nice looking tire. Found out they are made by Goodyear and Walmart has the exclusive right to sell them. PJ

I think there's a 2-year or 45,000-mile on these tires, plus road damage to some extent. I didn't research that much since the tire will never go on the road, just farm use. I would have bought a used tire if one was available, but 4 tire shops didn't have any which put me in a bind. So, I took what I could get. :rolleyes2:
From what I can see with this tire, I would not be afraid to put it on an everyday vehicle. JMHO
Oh yeah, they're also rated for 130 mph.

Which I'm assuming you don't do much on the farm! LOL
Could sure get a lot of work done in a short period of time though! :ROFLMAO:
