New rubber for side curtains?

What's a good place, taking price and quality into account, to get new seals for my old side curtains?

I haven't seen personally, but I have heard the one AH Spares sells is pretty good. Some people have said that the Moss/VB sets are hit and miss. Some are good and some require alterations in order to fit correctly. Possibly depending on who supplies them.

In any case they are a real pain to put on.

Jack, a pain as in "replace the windshield in an MGB" or a pain as in "lowering the front end with the spring pan trick" or somewhere in between.

With lowering the spring pan being a "1" and replacing the windshield in an MGB being a "10" where does this land?

A pain, plan on spending an hour or so with a couple of screw drivers to tuck the darn tab in the frame. Done while watching TV is good but plan on a two night project as is kind of tough on the fingers. Is not hard, just a pain.

Ok, now I understand.
Thanks!

Hehe, kind of like the third back nut on the exhaust intake manifold when the carbs are on. Not hard just a pain.

Bryan, a lot of the UK people over on mgcars.org are saying the AH Spares items are not up to par. The price is certainly right but if they are "less than wonderful" I guess any price is too much.

Here is the page where they are located:

Thanks Rick, I don't need them yet, but mine are getting a little aged. I'll definately be doing my homework when the time comes. I don't mind a little work (if I did, I'd have something else), but I don't want iffy workmanship.
