Wife and I took the youngest grand-daughter to see the movie "Inkheart" this afternoon. Nice enough movie, typical Brendan Fraser vehicle, though. Anyhow, the film was evidently shot in Europe, and there are some wonderful classics that make cameo appearances throughout.

VW Bay-window bus/camper, Citroen Camionette van, a very pretty blue Lancia Fulvia (be still my beating heart) that has the most wonderful exhaust note, a Fiat sedan, and the star, for me, a white Citroen DS Decapotable with red interior. Don't go to see it for the cars, because it's a case of "blink and you'll miss it" with some of them, but if you're going to take a kid to see a movie, then it's enough of a factor to make it worthwhile.
