My name is Bernard and I want to thank you for allowing me into your forum. My father had a 60-61 MGA in the 60's that he would use to take me to school. After we pushed it off a hill. WV is full of hills. I was 7 at the time. I bought a 65 Sprite when I was 15 and replaced the motor and transmission before selling it. That was around 72-73. In the 90's my dad restored a 70 MGB-GT which he drove a while then passed it to my brother who eventually gave it to me. Fixed it up and sold it. Now I have a 59 Bug Eye that will need a lot of work. I hope to find the answers to a lot of my questions on here. Again thanks for the ad.

Good luck with Bug Eye! All great cars you listed, must be Brit in ur blood.

welcome! great car and a great place to drive. We have at least one sprite owning member in Roanoke.

Welcome! Visiting the New River Gorge is on our list of places to visit.
We live about 20 minutes from there. Do the Long Point trail and the Endless Wall trail, raft the Lower New then check out all the local restaurants. Great back roads as well.

Welcome to BCF! Born in Clarksburg and raised in Bridgeport! That BugEye will be a fun little project!
