My name is Bill Allphin
located in the heart of Northern Ky. I'm a long time muscle car fanatic. Primarily Mopar brands. But,Don't hold it against me, I like them all.I can appreciate the work it takes to bring any old car back to life.

I just recently received the joy of repairing the fuel gauge in a 1957 Jaguar XK140 . Oh what fun.

Best regards
Bill

Bill:
There are all kinds of people here in this forum with all kinds of automotive expertise. Yea most of us own and love our brittish sports cars, but some have other cars as well.
You have come to the right place, especialy to ask questions about L.B.C.`s. You will find this a cordial place where everyone tries to be helpful. Welcome to the Forum. No question is too trivial or dumb, there are others here wondering the same things so ask away.
You will be amazed at how fast the answers will come.
Again .... Welcome Aboard.

Welcome, glad you made it.

Welcome aboard. Glad you found a new hobby!

Howdy Bill;

Welcome to the "BCF" from the Pocono Mtns of PA: /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/savewave.gif

I had a `57XK140 a long time ago: Wish I still had it (Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda): /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wall.gif You know how that goes!

You certainly have found the "Definitive" place to ask & get answers on most any British Marque that was ever made:

There is a "Jaguar" section as well as a Tech Section here: Why not Introduce yourself to ea. & ask away!

Have Fun & Best Wishes with the Guage;

Welcome to the BCF. Oooh another Jag owner!

Hold on vping,

Bill never said that he owned a Jag, just that he repaired a fuel gauge on one.

Perhaps he had the good taste and keen eye for fine classic automobiles to purchase a Triumph.

We need a few pictures to sort this out

Well pardon moi I should never have assumed anything. Your right now show us some pics! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
