I signed up for the BCF in 2011 and have used it sporadically. Over the past ten years since retirement, I have restored a BJ-7, a BJ-8, and a Lotus Elan S1. I am now restoring a TR-3 (wanted a TR-2, but was unable to find a reasonable restoration candidate).

Welcome! Do you remember the serial number on the Elan?
I had an S1 - #3892.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

You will get plenty of tips and advice for your TR3 restoration in the Triumph section. How far along are you with the TR3?

The pub is an area where almost anything comes up for discussion.
