New member, need recommendation for car cover

Hi All,
It is good to be a British car owner again after a long-term fling with old German air-cooled, rear-engined, spindly-shifter, rear-end sliding sports cars.
I'm the newest owner of a '64 "hardtop" TR4, and would like a recommendation for an inside the garage car cover. If there is one available from a supplier that helps support this site, then all the better.
Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks for such a great site, by the way.

Re: New member needs recommendation for TR4 car cover

My wife has a "dustop" cover for her car... mainly to keep triumph work-dust off it. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif Soft, and thick enough to prevent little bumps from becoming scratches. However, it is not thick enough to stop dings... kinda like a thick flannel cover.

Many companies carry the same material covers... pays attention to shop around a litte. (I do not know if any supporting vendors sell them??)

Re: New member needs recommendation for TR4 car cover

Welcome to the forum, as well as to the club of Triumph owners, and congrats on having the good taste and class to get a TR4!

I just have a generic cover that keeps the dust off but it is pretty bare bones. I do know the Roadster Factory has several pages devoted to covers in their Christmas catalog:
TRF covers

No experience with the covers, but I've always been happy with the quality from that vendor as an example.
