Hello all:

My name is Mark and Im in the Tucson AZ area. I just purchased a '51 MGTD that has 22k miles on it and had been sitting a long time, this last time was three years. 'Ive been in love with the MG marque since I used to ride in my uncle's TD when I was about 5 years old. I last had previously a '74 MGB which I bought in 1976 and sold in 2005, driven cross country at least 4 times. Rebuilt same engine 3 times.
Im having a difficult time with the TD carbs. Running very rich. Cleaned them, balanced and still rich. Jets are turned all the way in. Any help appreciated!
