Hi everyone,

Excited to join BCF. My Dad purchased our 1957 MGA over 50 years ago in South Africa. He took it with him when they moved to Portugal. When he stopped driving a few years ago, he passed it on to me. Finally, I was able to get it shipped to the Texas Hill Country where we live. Mechanically, we are in pretty good shape although it took some work since it had been sitting idle for quite a while. It's running great after most of the work was done by a MG expert mechanic in Portugal and some minor work I did after it arrived. I look forward to this ongoing project as my heart is in this car that I rode in as a little kid and have so many fond memories of.

Welcome on board! Good to have you! PJ
