Hi folks,

Happy to be joining the forum. Been a long-time lover of the British cars. I've owned a 1971 MGB GT for a few years and acquired a 1955 Triumph TR2 this last weekend. Will be parting ways with the GT as I only have room for one car at the moment. Looking forward to getting out driving the TR2 a bunch, as soon as it's returned to me from a mechanical checkup.

Welcome to the BCF, Gerrit! Be sure to post some pictures! By the way, "dripdripdrip" is a great forum name for a little British car owner!

Thanks @Basil! Here are two for now -- I'll shoot more when I get it back from the shop!

Hi Gerrit,
That's a nice looking Triumph! Welcome to the British Car Forum. Check out the "Triumph" section anytime you need or can offer help.
My son lives in Somerville (near Davis Sq.). I'll be visiting in about 2 weeks.
