Hello, I am a proud "2nd" owner of a 1974 TVR 2500 M with about 42,000 miles on it. My Father and I restored the car in the mid 1980's when he purchased it from the original owner who bought it from my local Toyota dealer who was importing TVR's in the 1970's. My Father was a British car fan. He owned MG's, Jag's and the first car I road in 1969 when I was born was a 1965 Sunbeam Tiger... We planned to restore/soup up the TVR again a few years back but it was not in our cards. I lost him 2+ years back out of the blue to cancer when I was only 39 and he had just turned 65... So the car now means even more to me. I just sold my 2010 SS Camaro (with mods) and a cherry 1991 NSX to free up garage space and funds to use towards this car (just so show commitment). I have a Veteran SCCA car restorer/top mechanic who has already pulled the engine. Now to the meat of my post... I plan to restore the car as a SCCA rally racer with max HP etc... After years of debate I am looking for a used Supercharger and will have the engine built around it from ground up. I have a nice rare factory TR6 fuel injection system I want to sell to help foot the SC costs. Any input would be great! Ii will post pics soon. Thx! Mike
