Hello,
I've been reading on this forum for about a month now and
and decided it's time to plunge in. Seems like a great place with good people.
About twelve years ago I aquired a '72 Midget ( squared off rear wheel well, really a 71?) that I used as a daily driver for two years. When it started to run poorly I garaged it, to "eventually" get around to working on it. Ten years later I finally made a spot in the back of my glass shop to "get back to it". I don't know where the time goes!
Over that ten year period period I picked up a few other project cars that I just couldn't pass up not having.
The Midget project is first on the list. Not a restoration, just to get it dependable and on the road for Spring, then to work on the MGB while enjoying the Midget.
That's the plan, anyway.
I don't really know a lot about these cars but I have the manuals and books, and I learn, well, not fast, but steadily.
I'll probally have a lot of questions, and will appreaciate any help I can get.

Wow Greg, "12yrs" in Hibernation with an "Midget" sitting in the wings! It surely would have tempted me to do "Something" with it.

Glad that you now have the time etc to play with your "New/Old" toy & as Mickey had mentioned; Introduce Yourself and Your Midget to the "Spridget" Forum and fire away.

By the way; We "ALL LOVE" pics so; Post what you can.

PS: A looooong time ago (1972 to be exact); I bought my 1st. "Brand New" LBC! Yep; A "Mustard" color "Midget" or (Whatever they called that color).
 
Thanks for the welcome, guys. That 10 years passed in a blink!
I didn't really realize that until I seen the "OO" date on the
licence plate when I pushed it into my glass shop.
One of my problems is I only have at home a non usable
one car garage.
I'm hoping to finally replace the whole roof from the walls
up in about 2 weeks. Trying to beat the weather.
THEN I'll have my "MG Repair" area right out the back door.
I have a non running MGB waiting to roll in it for the winter.
Meanwhile, the midget's starting to get the attention it needs.
Now...fun time, and about time.
